Treatments we offer

A chiropractic appointment can include one or a combination of the following:

Chiropractic Adjustments:

Our chiropractors use the Diversified Technique. This is to gently realign joints to decrease pain and increase range of motion.

Soft tissue therapy:

Such as myofascial release and trigger point massage, used to relax tight muscles, relieve spasms and release tension in the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM):

Instead of using their hands to treat you, our chiropractors may use a variety of tools such as an activator for a more gentle treatment.

Exercises and stretches:

Learn what you can do at home to restore and maintain joint stability, strength and mobility.
